Alistair has over 35 years experience of business process analysis and strategic planning. His software companies designed and developed systems at the international level. Within his coaching role he strive to support businesses with a range of advise aimed at: indentifying problem business areas; developing new business practices; exploring potential new markets; identifying funding opportunities and most importantly, providing increased value to stakeholders. He advises on UK and EU funding for innovation research and commercialisation, working with businesses to help them formulate their ideas and prepare their business plan in readiness for public, or private, growth investment. He is a Business Innovation Coach for the European Commission, Executive Agency for SMEs and an International Advisor for the European Bank.
